Meet The Team
Select Soccer's coaches come from all different walks of life. From teaching backgrounds, to working with young people with additional needs, to social workers etc. All of our staff attend regular CPD's and are either FA or UEFA qualified. They all undergo full DBS checks and attend the appropriate safeguarding and first aid courses. For more information on where to meet our staff, please see below. We all look forward to seeing and welcoming you to our Select Soccer centres!

Joss is a really calm coach who, alongside Select, is working for a grass-roots team at the weekends. Joss is a well liked coach, who is able to understand the game as a coach and as a parent - with both of his children in our programme. This has helped him really understand the ethos of Select Soccer and the opportunities our programme can provide for the local players in our local communities. Joss is a positive coach to have in our team and quickly took on a role as one of our senior coaches. He can be found coaching at our Torquay centre, passing on his skills and knowledge to the players both in the Development and Academy pathways.

Due to her skills and expertise in this area, Tash is also our Trauma lead at Select, and assists in mentoring the coaches in this area, to help all staff to be able to really support all our players with their differing needs.
