Squad Girls is an introductory football course for female players aged 12-14 years old with an emphasis of fun and social football. With sessions led by our female coaches, female players are given female role models who provide a safe and fun environment to develop the players skills and enjoyment for the game. The sessions are designed to use age appropriate activities to help our players develop at a suitable level for them. 

From our Squad Girls programme, players have the opportunity of accessing more female only sessions within our Select Female programme, should they want more opportunities to play with other like-minded individuals, or develop their skills further.
