Selects Academy programme is a invite only session. This programme is for players who have either been identified through the Select coaching programme, or have been invited from local grassroots clubs as players who may suit more advanced technical coaching. The sessions are designed to prepare players for Professional Academy trials, County trials and/or to develop the players to push themselves further in their grassroots club’s pathway. 

All Select Academy players will have a Strength and Conditioning session to help prevent injuries and condition their bodies and mind for the game. They will also receive a technical session lead by the Academy coaches, with the aim to develop skills, knowledge and understanding at a more advanced level. Our technical sessions are split into Minis, Junior Girls, Junior Boys, Senior Girls and Senior Boys, to ensure age appropriate and game specific training can be given to the players. 

The Girls programme is led by female coaches with vast experience of playing in the Womens game at a high level. With the background experience our coaches can bring, aids in the development of our Academy players by bringing real life experiences into the sessions, making them relatable and realistic.
