Select pre academy programme is for those players who have been identified throughout the Select coaching programme by their coaches, or players who have been spotted through our coaches observing grassroots team training sessions or matches. This programme is specifically for players the coaches feel would benefit from more advanced technical training. Players in this programme are invited to these sessions prior to a potential Academy trial offer. 

The structured sessions offer academy style training for more advanced learning and to prepare our players for the Select Academy programme. These sessions also cater for players who may not have been successful during their trail to help them continue their development in the identified areas of work, prior to re-trialling.
